At Financial Rights Legal Centre (Financial Rights), we are more than just a legal centre. Based in Surry Hills, our dedicated team works on the frontlines, providing crucial advice and representation to consumers across Australia. The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with the Head of Service Delivery, this is a new role being established to strengthen the organisations data and reporting capability. This is a hands-on role where you will provide analysis and insights to support service delivery, performance monitoring, funding compliance and strategic decision making.
You will analyse and interpret client, service, contact centre and operational data, and deliver high-quality reporting to internal stakeholders, funders and the Board. You will also lead improvements in data quality, reporting frameworks, and automation.

About you:
You are a strong analytical thinker who can translate data into practical insights and influence decision-making. You are equally comfortable working with data and engaging stakeholders across the organisation.
You will bring:
Highly regarded:
Experience in the legal, community, not-for-profit, or government sector.
Experience with Case management and Contact Centre systems (ActionStep, 3cX or similar);
