Mobile Phone Repair Technician

Are you a motivated Mobile phone repair Technician with good experience and with a good customer service?

Do you have a can do attitude and able to work in any of our Wollongong Mall Store on a Full-time basis? If this is you, then We Want You!

About the Role:

• Strong background in retail sales, customer service, or mobile accessories (at least 1 year of experience preferred).
• A genuine passion for mobile technology with the ability to build trust and recommend the right solutions for customers.
• Previous experience in mobile phone repairs (iPhone, Samsung, Oppo, and similar) is highly valued, but we also welcome those who are eager to learn, adapt, and implement new skills.
• Reliable, dedicated, and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend day if required.
• Great attention to detail, with pride in the quality of your work.
• Strong ability to achieve sales targets, work in a team, and excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
