About the role
Our Ipswich store is seeking an experienced phone repair technician and salesperson to join our team.
What we offerCompetitive base hourly rate
Achievable daily sales-target bonuses
Additional upselling bonuses
Experienced, high-performing staff can earn an additional $80–$100 in bonuses per day
Casual employment with consistent hours available, potentially up to full-time-equivalent hours
Six-month probationary period
Diagnosing and repairing phones and tablets
Completing screen, battery, charging-port and other common repairs
Providing accurate repair quotations and professional customer service
Selling phone accessories and recommending suitable products
Professional phone repair experience
Mobile phone or accessories sales experience
Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
Reliability, honesty and a strong customer focus
Availability to work shopping-centre hours, including weekends
If you can repair confidently, sell ethically and take ownership of your work, this position offers excellent earning potential.
