Electrical Integration Team Leader

Are you a leader with a strong electrical background? We’re looking for a dynamic Electrical Integration Team Leader to join our team at our QLD site!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.

• Co-ordinate daily operations, resource allocation and order execution.

• Support cost control and efficiency initiatives within the team.

• Report operational updates to the production manager.

• Champion safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture where people thrive and processes improve.

• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality standards, and all relevant electrical regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Trade qualifications in Electrical Fitting.

• 3+ years’ hands-on electrical experience, ideally with LV switchboards and control panels.

• 1+ years' managing and developing teams in a production or manufacturing setting.

• A passion for quality, safety, and customer service.
