Supervisor/Leading Hand - Outdoor Construction

About the role

You'll work on the tools while taking responsibility for helping run projects and leading the team on site. We want someone who can plan ahead, solve problems, maintain quality, communicate with the team and keep jobs moving efficiently. As you prove yourself, there is genuine opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow further into supervision and management within DQC.

About you

• Strong experience in at least one area of outdoor construction (landscaping, fencing, retaining walls, steel structures, sheds/verandahs, decking/carpentry or similar)

• Ability to confidently run jobs and work without constant supervision

• Experience leading others or the ability and ambition to step into leadership

• Able to read plans, set out work and think ahead

• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Reliable and organised

• Good communicator with clients and the team

• Current driver's licence

• White Card
