Structural Landscaping Foreman / Tradesman position at Henley Landscaping Designs, a high-end residential structural landscaping company. This is a hands-on leadership position combining project oversight with direct execution of structural landscaping work.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, manage workflows, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard
• Hands-on execution and oversight of retaining wall construction
• Hands-on execution and oversight of decking and fencing
• Hands-on execution and oversight of concreting, tiling, and paving
• Hands-on execution and oversight of pool builds and other high-end outdoor features
• Foster a positive, professional, and productive team environment on-site
• Maintain strict attention to detail and uphold company safety and presentation standards

About you

• Extensive hands-on experience in high-end structural landscaping and external construction
• Strong problem-solving abilities, self-initiative, and a can-do, positive attitude
• Relevant trade qualifications
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transport
• Current White Card
• Ownership of basic everyday trade tools
