Hunterdon County Department of Administrative Services

Buildings and Grounds Division

Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds– Contractual Salary Minimum $71,677.84 per year

CWA Contractual Promotional Salary Adjustments to be Applied

Under direction, supervises the cleaning and maintenance of public buildings ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all grounds within a jurisdiction; does other related duties as required.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience in work involving the inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of buildings and/or in the care and maintenance of large tracts of grounds, one (1) year of which shall have been in supervisory capacity.
