Lead Finance Manager

About the role

The Financial Manager is the financial backbone of Spinzone's head office operation. You own the numbers - from daily revenue reconciliation across every active site, through to investor reporting, franchise fee management, and annual budgeting. You work directly with the CEO and external CPA to ensure the business operates with complete financial clarity, compliance, and control as we scale. This is not a passive bookkeeping role. You will be expected to surface insights, flag risks early, and provide the financial modelling that drives site acquisition, franchisee onboarding, and investor decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Daily revenue reconciliation across all active Spinzone sites

• Accounts payable and receivable management, including supplier payments and franchisee invoicing

• Payroll processing for all head office and contracted staff

• Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring

• Franchise fee and royalty reconciliation - ensuring every franchisee is billed correctly and on time

• Monthly profit and loss reporting per active site

• Investor reporting pack preparation in line with agreed reporting schedules

• New site financial modelling to support the Build and Sales teams in deal assessment

• BAS, GST, and tax lodgement support in coordination with the external CPA

• Annual budget preparation and quarterly reforecast
