Jeweller / Stone Setter – Onsite Workshop

About the Role

Micheli Jewellery is seeking an experienced Jeweller / Stone Setter to join our onsite workshop. This role suits a skilled bench jeweller with strong jewellery manufacturing and stone setting experience, who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

You will be involved in the end-to-end manufacturing of fine jewellery, including custom-made pieces, engagement rings, wedding bands, repairs, and remodels.

Key Responsibilities

• Jewellery manufacturing across most facets

• Stone setting (essential – claws, bezels, channel setting preferred)

• Repairs, restorations, and remodeling

• Manufacturing custom-made engagement rings and wedding bands

• Working closely with designers, sales consultants, and workshop team

• Maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and time management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a bench jeweller and stone setter

• Strong skills in jewellery manufacturing and setting

• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship

• Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines

• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively

• A genuine passion for fine jewellery and traditional craftsmanship

Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate with proven industry experience.
