Job Title: Experienced Barista – Specialty Coffee & High Volume

About Us:
The Irvine By Florey is a buzzing, community-focused café known for exceptional service and seriously good coffee. We push through around 40kg of coffee a week, and we're proud to deliver speed without compromising quality.

The Role:
We're looking for an experienced barista who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll need to be confident behind the machine, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering consistently excellent coffee with efficiency and care. MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAYS.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong specialty coffee knowledge and passion for the craft
• Ability to manage high-volume service with precision and speed
• Confident in dial-ins, milk texturing, and maintaining quality under pressure
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Must be available Sundays & Mondays
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
