Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a full-time Accounts / Administration Specialist in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities:

• You’ll be responsible for processing incoming invoices – all within a fully digital workflow.

• You’ll be a key contact for internal teams and external vendors – handling account clarifications and managing payment reminders with confidence.

• You’ll generate payments and handle bank bookings reliably and efficiently

• You’ll stay on top of the accounting inbox – structured, and with an eye for what’s important.

• You’ll help optimize cash flow by working closely with operational teams on liquidity collection

• You’ll bring fresh ideas and help drive process improvement projects – your input is valued and encouraged.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

• You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an accounting role

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with prior experiences in the freight forwarding industry preferred

• MS Office experience: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; and PC skills
