About the role:
Your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities and building and nurturing relationships with potential vendors. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, making calls, following up leads, connecting with homeowners, attending open homes and booking quality appointments for the HEAVYSIDE founder and director, Tim Heavyside and his team.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside Tim Heavyside, an award-winning real estate agent with an established reputation for exceptional results and a career built on relationships, negotiation and relentless prospecting. You'll gain first-hand exposure to the systems, strategies and standards that have helped Tim build a highly successful real estate career, while having access to his extensive database and established network of clients and homeowners.

What you'll be doing:

• Making outbound calls and engaging with homeowners

• Prospecting for new vendor and listing opportunities

• Identifying potential sellers and market opportunities

• Booking appraisals and listing appointments

• Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up systems

• Attending open homes to gain and nurture client relationships

• Following up leads and nurturing relationships

• Working closely with the sales team to convert opportunities

• Creating and managing EDM content

• Consistently working towards and exceeding prospecting targets

• Letterbox dropping and door knocking

• Contributing to a positive high performance team culture
