An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive residential property management team.
  
This role offers flexibility around working days, with the choice of Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday. The portfolio is predominantly local, and Saturday work is rarely a full day.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing an end-to-end residential property portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating leasing, inspections and maintenance
• Managing arrears, renewals and general tenancy matters
• Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Providing high-quality customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
  
What We're Looking For:
• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive and reliable approach
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
