What’s the role?

Looking for a role where you'll help solve complex business challenges and influence strategic decisions? As a Senior Business Analyst within Business & Wealth, you'll support initiatives focused on customer segmentation, portfolio optimisation and operating model transformation.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas to understand opportunities, analyse data, facilitate discussions and develop practical recommendations that drive meaningful outcomes. From supporting customer migration programs to improving portfolio performance and shaping future operating models, you'll help turn strategic priorities into reality.

This is a Sydney/Warrane, Gadigal Country based role with flexible working arrangements.

What do I need?

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, transformation or operating model related roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with complex data and business problems.
• The ability to communicate insights clearly through presentations, reports and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience preparing executive level materials.
