We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Orchard Hand to join our team working in our apple orchard.
This is a full-time position with a 3-month trial period. Weekend work will be required during the thinning and harvest season, so flexibility is essential.
If you enjoy working outdoors, getting your hands dirty and being part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!
About the role:
🍏 General orchard/farm duties and maintenance
🌱 Tree care, pruning and thinning
🍎 Assisting with harvesting and fruit handling
🚜 Operating farm machinery and equipment where required
🤝 Working as part of a friendly, hardworking team
📅 Weekend work during harvest and thinning season
About you:
Previous orchard or farming experience preferred
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Flexible and available for weekend work during harvest and thinning season
📍 Location: Pakenham, VIC
