***Chapter Co-Cordinator*** - **Key Roles and Responsibilities**
The Chapter Co-Coordinator is responsible for acting in the position of Chapter Co-ordinator whilst the Chapter Coordinator is absent or on leave. At all other times, the Chapter Co- Coordinator assists the Chapter Coordinator with administration tasks or acts in a supporting role with Beach Cleans, Merchandise, Events, community networking and New Volunteers.

Reporting to: Chapter Coordinator (CC)
**Responsibilities;**
Management

- Represent the organisation professionally when engaging with media, managing volunteers and interacting with
members of the public.
- Engage and support all areas of the SSAL Volunteer Program.
- Communicate and work effectively with all volunteers from various backgrounds of race, religion, gender and
personal views.
- Assist with managing the local chapter email account; respond to all queries and questions. If unsure about certain
queries, contact the National Outreach Coordinator for clarification and advice.
- Assist with the management of the local Events.
- Adhere to all Sea Shepherd Australia Policies and ensure volunteers operate within the Sea Shepherd Australian
