The Role

If you love people, great wine and fast‑paced service, this is your perfect gig. As a Front of House Host, you’ll welcome guests, run tastings, share our story with confidence, and create experiences that turn visitors into fans. You’ll help drive sales and Wine Club sign‑ups, keep the space looking sharp, and bring genuine energy to every shift.

This is a casual role with flexible hours across a 7‑day roster - including evenings and events.

What You’ll Do

You’ll deliver upbeat, polished service, guide tastings, manage stock, use POS confidently, and keep the venue humming.

You’ll have the luxury of variety…working across multiple spaces including St Hugo, Grant Burge Wine Lounge, Jacob’s Creek Café, Welcome Desk and Cellar Door.

Most importantly…you’ll stay curious, stay engaged and help make every guest feel like a VIP!

We Want To Hear From You If …

• You’ve got an RSA and hospitality experience (wine bar, café, restaurant or cellar door)

• You have strong communication skills and a natural ability to sell with authenticity

• You’re flexible, confident and passionate about wine.

…Bonus points for WSET, First Aid, Responsible Person, barista skills or local hospitality knowledge!
