 About the role
 
As a Front of House - Wine Specialist, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while sharing your enthusiasm for wine with our guests.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering warm, professional and engaging table service.
• Recommending wines and confidently discussing our wine list.
• Assisting guests with food and wine pairings.
• Supporting wine tastings, events and promotions.
• Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver seamless service.
• Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue.

About you
 
You'll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and has a genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality.
Ideally you'll have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or wine-focused front of house role.
• Strong wine knowledge or a genuine passion to continue learning.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A current RSA.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and a team-first approach.
