Reservations Assistant

About the Role

Join our growing Reservations Team and be at the heart of creating outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing accurate bookings, providing high-quality service to guests and partners, and helping to ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of our tours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via phone and email, managing enquiries, bookings, amendments, and issue resolution

• Coordinate transfers & itineraries, including issuing confirmations, pickup details, and tour information, ensuring guest requirements are met

• Maintain accurate records, including data entry, reconciliations, and basic reporting in line with accounting and privacy procedures

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support daily tour operations

• Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and eco-friendly practices, ensuring compliance with WHS and company policies

About You

You'll bring:

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and calm approach

• High attention to detail, with accurate data entry and organisational capability

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel); RESPAX experience highly regarded

• Previous experience in reservations, call centre, or tourism sales (preferred)

• Knowledge of Tropical North Queensland destinations (beneficial)

• A positive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work in a team environment

• Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Seeking a long-term career in Tropical North Queensland and committed to living and working in the region long-term.
