Reservations& Customer Servicer - Tours & Attractions Group

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for guests — checking them in, answering enquiries, and processing bookings across Aquaduck, Paradise Jetboating, Quack'R'duck and Southern Cross Tours, both over the phone and in person. Working from the Aquaduck HQ in Central Surfers Paradise, you'll handle reservations and customer service for the Tours Group.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone bookings, emails, and guest enquiries with attention to detail and a positive attitude

• Welcome and check in guests, answer enquiries, and process bookings for Tours Group tours and attractions

• Provide a professional and polished presentation at all times, reflecting the Tours Group brand

• Support tour operations with energy, teamwork, and a willingness to go above and beyond

• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency across all bookings

• For the right person, there may be the opportunity to train as a Tour Guide on the Aquaduck

About you

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Confidence on the phone and handling face-to-face guest interactions

• Ability to multi-task, stay organised, and follow procedures consistently

• Friendly, approachable, and great with people of all ages and nationalities

• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, hospitality, or tourism is highly regarded

• Familiarity with the Rezdy booking system would be an advantage

• Flexibility to work weekends and school holidays is required
