As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Haberfield.
St Vincent's Care Services Haberfield (locally known as St Joan of Arc Villa) is a 50-bed facility located 6.5km from Sydney's CBD, a close-knit residential aged care facility, providing residents with compassionate care and support.

This is full-time permanent opportunity - Monday to Friday.
Things that work for us:
Relevant experience in a similar role proactively managing the administrative requirements associated with the scheduling of staff within a residential facility ensuring prompt and accurate services including processing and database management.
Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos/ UKG, Facilities Master Roster (FMR and Workday desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems.
Certificate/Diploma in Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial.
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months).
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
