As a Personal Care Assistant, You’ll Help Create a Safe, Connected, Home‑like Environment Where Residents Feel Respected, Supported, And Valued. You Will

Assist with personal care, including showering, grooming and dressingSupport residents with daily tasks, meals and meaningful social activitiesWork closely with the clinical team to deliver personalised care plansMaintain accurate documentation to support resident health and wellbeingProvide exceptional service to residents, families, and the broader community

What You Bring

Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication‑competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies A warm, compassionate approach and genuine passion for supporting older peopleConfidence engaging with a diverse range of peopleStrong communication skills and a reliable team mindsetUnderstanding of safe work practicesWillingness to complete a Police Check and NDIS Clearance
