We're seeking a motivated Lending Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success, working from our conveniently located office in the Sydney CBD.

About the Role:

As a Lending Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert mortgage advice and guidance to our valued clients.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

• Analysing client financial situations and identifying suitable mortgage products.

• Preparing and submitting loan applications to lenders, managing the process from start to finish.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, lender policies, and regulatory changes.

• Collaborating with our team to achieve business goals and provide excellent customer service.

• Generating new business through referrals and networking.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant records.

What We're Looking For:

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent) is essential.

• Minimum 1 Year mortgage broking experience as a licenced broker is essential.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive and results-oriented approach.

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency with mortgage software and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn).

• A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a team environment.
