As demand for The Private Concierge continues to grow, we are expanding our Melbourne team and would love to connect with experienced private concierge and household professionals who share our standards of discretion, care and service.

Our opportunities are predominantly fractional and casual, making them particularly well suited to experienced professionals who are looking for interesting, rewarding and flexible work rather than a traditional full-time position.

We are especially interested in people who have worked in private residences, executive or personal assistant roles, premium hospitality, household management, executive housekeeping, private aviation or luxury yachts. We also welcome people from professional caring backgrounds, where the discretion, attentiveness, practical support and personal responsibility involved can transition particularly well into private household work.

You may be an exceptional organiser, a highly capable private PA, an experienced concierge or executive housekeeper, or someone whose strengths sit across several of these areas.

Our work often combines in-home household and property support with lifestyle and household administration. Depending on your experience, this may include household organisation, executive housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe care, errands and personal shopping, meal preparation, travel planning, coordinating trades and maintenance,  household administration and other bespoke concierge support.

What matters most is the way you work. You are discreet, dependable, naturally attentive to detail and take genuine pride in doing things properly. You have an instinct for noticing what needs attention and quietly taking care of it before it needs to be pointed out.

The Private Concierge provides premium private home and lifestyle management for business owners, executives, professionals and high-net-worth households across Melbourne.

Our clients trust us with the practical details of their homes and lives, and we take that trust seriously. We are building a team of people who feel the same way.

Applicants must be Melbourne-based, hold a current driver licence, have their own car, have professional references, and have permanent Australian work rights. A National Police Check and, where relevant, a Working with Children Check will also be required.

We are currently looking for several experienced executive housekeepers to support lovely private households across Melbourne, alongside broader opportunities for experienced concierge and household professionals.
