About the role
Peninsula Law is seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join our team in Woy Woy, NSW on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities
Reception relief including greeting clients, answering telephone enquiries and directing visitors appropriately
Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning
Providing support to various departments as required
Contributing to a professional and organised office environment
What we're looking for
A professional and friendly approach to client and staff interactions
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No experienced required
Willingness to learn and develop in a down to earth and supportive team environment
Driver Licence and motor vehicle preferred
