Deliverables

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including educational reels, videos, and posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and increase audience engagement and views. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the centre’s goals and brand voice. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement. Stay updated on social media trends, especially in healthcare, to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for healthcare or medical organizations. Strong content creation skills, with proficiency in video production, editing, and graphic design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach. Knowledge of social media best practices, algorithms, and platform-specific nuances. Based in Melbourne or able to work locally in a hybrid capacity. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
