Retail Sales Assistant

Paul Carroll Shoes is a multi generation footwear business which has been operating in Australia for over 50 years. With 11 retail outlets providing customers with high quality, comfortable and specialised footwear, the buying and development teams endeavour to source the most unique products from 40 international brands that operate in over 20 countries around the world.

We are now looking for experienced casual retail Sales Assistants at the Camberwell store location. Previous retail experience is a must and previous footwear experience would be beneficial to candidates who apply. The positions require candidates to work on weekends.

The successful applicants will need to be friendly and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a busy, professional and customer focused environment. Applicants require excellent communication skills and most importantly they need to have a love for shoes!

As mentioned above, previous retail experience is essential as the position includes providing professional, in-depth and knowledgeable service to our customers. Responsibilities will also include other day-to-day duties with the running of the store.
