Located in Rockhampton, Kingsley College has seen a steady growth of students over the last five years. Founded in 1993, our college educates students with a Christian worldview, emphasising the Word of God and the Lordship of Christ in their service to the world. We currently have more than 260 students studying on campus and via distance education.

Kingsley College is always on the lookout for a qualified Teachers to join our team in Rockhampton, QLD.
As one of our Teachers, you will be responsible for educating students both in the classroom and through distance learning.
Your role will involve conducting in-person classes alongside supporting distance education students, fostering strong connections with your learners, and presenting complex concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
By joining our teaching team, you will become part of a collaborative and connected group of educators, with opportunities to contribute to extracurricular activities that align with your interests.
Preparing students for their next academic stage will be a key part of your role, and you will create meaningful learning experiences that help ensure a smooth and successful transition.

As our newest Teacher, you will be passionate about educating young people with a Middle Years approach. Previous experience in teaching would be an advantage.
You will have:
Able to build rapport well, you will be passionate about engaging with students on an individual level, both in-person and virtually.
You will have the ability to implement the school’s Christian values and philosophy in the classroom and other aspects of College life to foster faith and deliver positive educational outcomes for students.
You will be comfortable serving students from a range of socio-economic and cultural backgrounds; high achievers, and those with learning difficulties. You will also be able to adapt your approach to each student's needs and explain concepts in a way they will understand.
You will receive an attractive base salary circa $86,600 – $124,725 plus super and great benefits, including:
