About the role

We are seeking a SASE Architect to provide SASE and Zero Trust architecture expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define high-level target architecture and design principles for a SASE aligned secure-access environment.

• Define functional and non-functional requirements, and translate current state findings, use cases and requirements into architectural outcomes.

• Identify integration points, assumptions, constraints, dependencies and transition considerations across network modernisation, identity, cloud, endpoint, security operations and service management.

• Produce architecture artefacts, and provide input to procurement strategy and documentation.

• Facilitate and contribute to stakeholder workshops; clearly explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

About you

We are looking for a Canberra-based, high performing SASE Architect who brings professionalism, insight, and commitment, and is seeking employment in a positive, inclusive and supportive team.

The following criteria are essential for you to be considered for this role:

• Demonstrated experience as a network-security architect delivering SASE, Secure Service Edge, Zero Trust or comparable secure-access transformation in large, complex production environments.

• Strong knowledge of relevant technical capability domains.

• Excellent written, verbal and facilitation skills and an ability to clearly communicate technical findings and risks to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in a large, decentralised, regulated or security-sensitive environment.

• Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (or higher) and Australian work rights.

• Canberra-based.
