About the role

The Sydney CTC is a flagship centre of excellence in clinical trials and related research at the University of Sydney. We design and deliver trials and related research, including coordination, monitoring, data acquisition and management, and statistical analysis. Our health economics, biostatistics, systematic reviews, and biomarker teams work with trial data to inform healthcare providers about best practices.
In this role, you will be supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical trial activities across multiple concurrent projects. Working under the general direction of the Trial Operations Coordinator and Project Manager, you will play a key part in maintaining essential trial documentation, coordinating daily administrative functions and ensuring operational activities run smoothly. You will support staff, study sites and collaborative groups through accurate information management, proactive problem-solving and timely coordination of trial-related tasks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced and detail-oriented role where your organisational strengths and initiative will support the effective delivery of impactful clinical research.
