Senior Executive Director, Strategic Communications Hub

The Company is seeking a Senior Executive Director for its Strategic Communications Hub, a pivotal role in the enhancement of public sector communication, media, and engagement services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and strategic direction of a whole-of-government communications system, driving the establishment of governance, standards, and performance frameworks. This executive will also be instrumental in fostering a unified, high-performing culture within the Hub and across participating agencies, and in strengthening communication capability, performance, and innovation.

The role demands an influential leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to operate in a complex and politically sensitive environment, and a proven track record in leading organizational reform and transformation. Applicants for the Senior Executive Director position should be accomplished senior executives with a background in leading complex reform, enterprise functions, or large-scale organizational change, preferably within the public or private sector. While experience in a communications, media, marketing, engagement, or external relations function is highly regarded, the focus is on the ability to deliver sustained transformation and support the delivery of high-quality, accessible public information and services.
