Career opportunity to join this Australian / Family-owned Business – Antons Mouldings Pty Ltd (entity of SPS Corporation Pty Ltd) is one of Australia’s leading Wholesale Supplier to the Australian and NZ Picture Framing Industry. Antons Mouldings Pty Ltd is looking for a creative, digitally focused and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator (eCommerce & Creative) to join our team. This is a varied hands-on role supporting our eCommerce growth, digital marketing activity and creative content across multiple channels.

Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play an important role in improving our online customer experience, supporting product launches and promotions, and creating engaging content that drives awareness, engagement and sales.

About the role

The primary focus of this role is driving eCommerce and digital growth through website optimisation, digital marketing and strong creative execution. You’ll manage website content and merchandising, coordinate promotions and product launches, support SEO, email marketing and digital campaigns, and use performance data to identify opportunities to improve traffic, customer engagement, conversion and online sales. You’ll also be responsible for producing high-quality creative content, including graphic design, photography, video, website assets, social media content and printed marketing collateral.

This is a full-time onsite based role in Somerton 3062 (Melbourne Northern suburbs)

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise website content, product listings, promotions, banners, landing pages and merchandising.
• Support initiatives to increase website traffic, conversion, revenue and average order value.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, product presentation, cross-selling and upselling.
• Coordinate SEO, website, email and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor eCommerce KPIs and campaign performance and use insights to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate A/B testing, conversion optimisation and website enhancement initiatives.
• Create and edit high-quality photography and video content for marketing and product campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, product flyers, catalogues, POS materials and packaging.
• Create engaging digital assets for websites, email campaigns and social media.
• Design and coordinate EDMs, newsletters, website banners and promotional artwork.
• Support product launches, new product development, campaign calendars and promotional schedules.
• Assist with social media content planning, creation and performance reporting.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and internal teams to support product and marketing requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital communications.
• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing integrated digital campaigns that align with broader business objectives.

About you

We’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded marketing professional with strong digital and design skills. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, website, creative, marketing or digital support.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign and Photoshop (essential).
• Experience with Shopify or a similar CMS/eCommerce platform preferred.
• Understanding of SEO, website analytics and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and email marketing platforms preferred.
• Strong content creation, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive team approach.
• Adobe Premiere Pro and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
