About the Role and Business:
Elite Attachments Australia is an engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of attachments for earthmoving machinery for use in construction, agriculture and mining industries. Dedicated to offering a high-quality product, we have been fortunate to grow considerably over the years to include a customer base nationwide and internationally. 

As a Welder at Elite Attachments, you’ll play a critical role in producing durable, precision-engineered products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve welding quick hitch bodies and buckets, welding equipment, and assisting with fabricating parts for excavators.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding on quick hitch bodies, buckets, and other heavy equipment parts.

• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and optimise robot welder workflow.

• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

• Fabricate and assemble components for excavators using detailed specifications and technical drawings.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Qualified Welder

• Trade qualification in Welding/Fabrication

• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
