Are you an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused administration professional looking for an opportunity to make a difference in your local community? Taree Community Health is seeking a Level 2 Administration Officer to join our dynamic and supportive team within Integrated Care Services – Hunter & Lower Mid North Coast.
This is an opportunity to work alongside skilled clinicians, supportive administration staff and experienced management, contributing to the delivery of patient-centred care and quality health services across the Manning area. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing a positive experience for patients, carers, families and health professionals.
About the role
As an Administration Officer, you will be an important first point of contact for clients accessing Taree Community Health and will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to our clinical and non-clinical teams.

About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled administration professional who demonstrates:
Previous experience working in a healthcare or community health environment will be highly regarded.
Support and development
You will be supported to succeed in this role. The successful applicant will receive comprehensive workplace training and support from experienced Level 2 Administration Officers. You will also undertake training in relevant patient management and electronic health record systems.
Our experienced team will provide guidance and encouragement as you develop your skills and confidence, supporting you to progressively work towards independence in the role.

Taree Community Health is part of Integrated Care Services; Hunter & Lower Mid North Coast. You will be joining a dynamic multidisciplinary team in the Manning area and working closely with a supportive administrative team, skilled clinicians and experienced management.
Our team is committed to providing patient-centred care that supports the health, wellbeing and individual needs of our clients, while ensuring our clinicians have the high-quality administrative support they need to deliver effective healthcare services.
