About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior RN to join our team on a maternity leave contract! This role is perfect for someone building confidence in their practice, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a supportive clinical team.

Shift Details:

• Maximum term contract covering maternity leave (8 months), with genuine potential for career growth beyond the contract
• 72 hours per fortnight
• Mix of AM and PM shifts
• Includes weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality, person centred nursing care, including medications and wound care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team on care plans
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies, and procedures
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

About You:

You're a motivated Registered Nurse (RN G2 Y1 or early career RN) who is building confidence in your practice and eager to learn.

• Compassionate and resident focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised, and willing to learn

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
• Minimum 6 months RN experience, aged care experience (highly regarded)

Requirements:

• Police Employment check (required)
• Working rights in Australia (required)
