We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service/Workshop Manager to join our family-owned company. If you have agricultural industry experience in a busy workshop environment.

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Equipment Service Centre, providing technical support and customer service to our valued clients, you will collaborate closely with other key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the highest level of service quality is maintained at all times.  

Responsibilities 

• Lead and develop a team of mechanics in a busy workshop.

• Provide ongoing leadership and management of the workshop Service Centre.

• Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with our clients and customers.

• Actively engage in day-to-day workshop operation.

• Engage with service strategies and processes, to increase business productivity and maintain consistent national standard practices. 

 Skills & Experience

• Experience in the maintenance and repair of Agricultural Equipment. 

• Ability to test, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components in accordance with established product standard.

• Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.

• Strong team leadership skills including interpersonal, communication, time management and supervisory skills.

• Strong computer literacy and CRM management.

• Ability to adhere to and implement operating goals, objectives, and procedures.

• A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License (Forklift license beneficial).

This is a full-time 50 hour week position based in our Kewdale Head Office
