About the role

We are seeking hospitality superstars who love to interact with guests while delivering a high class, personalised service to join us at Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge. You will be working in a close team environment and experiencing all aspects of hotel operations. Your days include but not limited to checking in and checking out guests, assisting with concierge services and supporting any guest enquiries during their stay at Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to a guest centric approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sharp eye for detail, ensuring presentation is high quality
• Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends and evenings;
• Have or are willing to obtain a RSA certificate.
