About the Role
This position provides end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, balancing operational delivery with strategic people initiatives. You will partner with leaders and employees to deliver practical HR solutions, enhance employee experience, and support organisational success.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide HR advice and support across employee lifecycle activities and workplace matters.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities.
• Support engagement, performance, learning and development initiatives.
• Update and maintain payroll system, intranet pages and employee records ensuring data integrity.
• Support ER matters across the business.
• Deliver HR projects, reporting and continuous improvement activities. 
• Collaborate with our HR partners in the UK to support global people initiatives. 

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist or similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position you must:

• Be an Australian Citizen.
• Hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
• Be willing to undergo pre-employment screening as part of the recruitment process.
