The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Migration Agent or Migration Lawyer who is passionate about helping skilled professionals secure their Australian dream. In this role, you will provide expert migration advice and manage end-to-end visa processing, specializing in:

• Subclass 482, 186, 407, 400, 494 visas
• Skilled Migration & Employer-Sponsored Pathways
• ART Appeals & Case Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional migration advice to clients
• Conduct initial assessments and manage client inquiries
• Prepare and lodge visa applications with DHA, state authorities, and skill assessment bodies
• Handle visa refusals, cancellations, and ART submissions
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with migration regulations
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, state governments, and key stakeholders
• Stay updated with current migration laws and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Migration Agent (OMARA) or Migration Lawyer
• Experience in skilled, employer-sponsored visas & ART appeals
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong research capabilities
• Proficiency with migration software (Legend, AustLII, etc.)
• A proactive and results-driven attitude
