Contract Administrator (Healthcare Technology)

We are partnering with a global leading healthcare technology provider delivering innovative software solutions to hospitals across Australia and the world.

We're looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing team and take ownership of a portfolio of customer contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple hospital clients.

If you're highly organised, commercially minded and thrive on detail, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and contractual commitments are met.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing contracts and customer agreements across multiple hospital accounts.
• Monitoring SLA performance and ensuring contractual obligations are achieved.
• Tracking renewals, contract changes, milestones and compliance requirements.
• Preparing commercial reports and supporting customer performance reviews.
• Coordinating with Customer Success, Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
• Maintaining accurate contract documentation and records.
• Supporting contract renewals, variations and commercial negotiations.
• Identifying risks and driving continuous improvement across contract management processes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in contract administration, commercial administration, vendor management or procurement.
•  Experience managing multiple contracts, customers or SLAs simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Highly Regarded

• SaaS, software or technology industry experience.
• Healthcare or hospital sector experience.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPIs and service performance reporting.
