Large Format Print & Signage Production Operator

AdWrap-It is a well-established signage company delivering high-quality branding and signage solutions to the construction, commercial and development industries.

We are looking for a Large Format Print & Signage Production Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role based entirely in our factory, working with a supportive team to manufacture a wide variety of signage.

As part of our production team, you will be responsible for:

• Manufacturing a wide range of signage products

• Operating large-format printers, laminators and vinyl cutters

• Applying self-adhesive vinyl to various substrates

• Fabricating ACM, aluminium, acrylic and other signage materials

• Operating CNC router and laser equipment (experience preferred)

• Reading and interpreting job sheets and artwork

• Maintaining quality standards throughout production

• Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe

• Assisting with general production duties as required

Previous experience in the signage industry will be highly regarded. However, if you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the right work ethic, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• CNC router operation

• Laser cutting

• Sign fabrication and assembly

• Working with ACM, aluminium and acrylic

• Forklift operation

• Full-time, permanent position
