About the role
Own and grow a defined trade territory across Gippsland and Melbourne's south-east.
We are a locally owned, manufacturer-backed specialist coatings company servicing Gippsland and expanding into Melbourne's south-east.
We supply premium global brands across industrial, automotive and trade sectors. Our focus is technical advice, reliable service and long-term trade partnerships.
This field-based role will:
• Develop and grow existing Gippsland trade accounts
• Expand trade relationships into the SE Melbourne corridor
• Identify and convert new trade opportunities across industrial, construction and automotive sectors
This is a relationship-led field sales role combining account management with structured territory growth.
• Maintain and strengthen existing trade relationships
• Identify and secure new trade customers
• Execute structured call plans and territory coverage
• Provide product guidance across coatings systems
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure reliable service delivery
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Experience in field sales, trade sales or account management
• Background in coatings, automotive, construction or industrial supply preferred
• Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness
• Comfortable managing a sales territory autonomously
• Confident using CRM or inventory systems
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
