Animal Health Sales & Administration Officer

Working as part of our Proserpine team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while supporting the day-to-day administration of the animal management side of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service

• Selling animal health products, including cattle, livestock and general animal health products

• Assisting customers with product selection and general product information

• Processing sales and customer orders

• Managing stock levels, stocktakes and general administration

• Ordering and maintaining animal health stock

• Receiving, checking and putting away stock

• Maintaining accurate inventory records

• Assisting with general store operations when required

• Working closely with the wider Crop Wise team to ensure customers receive a high level of service
