Night Owls Wanted: Logistics Coordinator

Permanent / Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–1:00am

Built from humble beginnings, Sonoma has grown into one of Australia's most respected artisan bakeries…. known for our sourdough, our standards, and our people.

Now we need someone to own our evening dispatch operation in Darra and keep it running like clockwork after the sun goes down. This is not a "watch the clock till 1am" role.  You'll be the linchpin between production, packing, and drivers - making sure every order leaves on time, every night

A typical night

You check paperwork before it leaves the building, run the driver handover, and chase down anything out of place - missing documentation, an order miscount, a driver running behind....problem solving as you go.

• Coordinate the evening dispatch for accurate, on-time orders

• Prep and check paperwork, labels and invoices (including bulk orders) before drivers arrive for check in

• Run the driver handover and flag delivery issues

• Work with packing and production to keep orders dispatch-ready

• Keep logistics systems and records accurate

• Build strong relationships across drivers, packing, and production

• Follow food safety and WHS standards

What we are looking for

• Experience in logistics, warehouse admin, transport or customer service (FMCG a bonus)

• Comfort with logistics systems is a plus

• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities

• Sharp attention to detail on documentation and labelling

• A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
