About the role
Due to continued expansion OTOC is looking for a Project Manager, (Site based out of Perth) with excellent communication skills and commercial acumen to join our growing team.
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills to all levels, from TA to Client project Director, the need to work closely and in harmony with our clients, subcontractors and OTOC employees is critical.
-Minimum 5 years experience in the construction within the mining sector/resource sector and who can work independently.
-Commercially aware, PPC, RFI, variation management
-Program / schedule development and management
-Schedule 26
Working within a site based team, we offer this role as a contract position for the right person, and will be majority site based FIFO on a nominal 2/1 roster.
Our projects are in remote locations and are focused on the mining and resource sector/NPI construction.
