Sonder, the lead agency for our headspace centres, is seeking Private Practitioners who are passionate about youth mental health and want the perfect balance of independence and strong clinical/administrative support.

Financial Benefits:

• $1,000 annual retention bonus for the first year

• Claim payments for DNAs & late cancellations

• Professional Development Allowance ($750 for >0.5 FTE / $375 for <0.5 FTE)

• Hourly rates as per MBS billing (*Approximate earnings)

  • Social worker – 6 clients per day = $523*

  • Psychologist - 6 clients per day = $596*

  • Clinical Psychologist - 6 clients per day = $871*

• AHPRA or AASW (with Mental Health Accreditation) registration

• Eligibility for MBS billing
