Skilled Barber/ Hairdresser- Full/Part Time

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barber and Hairdresser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves for clients.
• Perform hairdressing services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, colouring, highlighting, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Sterilise and maintain tools and equipment after each client.
• Manage appointments efficiently and ensure services are delivered on time.
• Stay up to date with current barbering and hairdressing trends, techniques, and products.
• Promote and recommend retail hair care products where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive and professional environment.
