Senior Barber

We’re looking for a skilled and personable barber to join our team at [culture cutz]. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services while providing a great customer experience in a clean and welcoming environment.

• Perform haircuts, shaves, fades, beard trims, and other grooming services
• Consult with clients to understand their desired style and recommend suitable options
• Sanitize and maintain tools and workstations according to health and safety guidelines
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Help keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

• Valid barber license (state-specific)
• Proven experience as a barber or in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for grooming
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Pay: $77,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
