Realm26 is seeking an experienced and motivated Barber (ANZSCO 391111) to join our growing team in Perth, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of barbering and grooming services including cutting, styling, beard trims, shaves, and treatments

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations

• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation within the shop

• Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a welcoming client experience

• Keep up to date with current barbering trends, techniques, and products

• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and professional culture

About You:

• Relevant qualification in Barbering or Hairdressing (Certificate III or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as a Barber

• Strong technical barbering skills across a range of services and styles

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
