We are excited to announce an opening for a Contract Logistics Administrator (or maybe 2) at our vibrant Melbourne office! This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible working options. Located conveniently at Melbourne Airport, we embrace flexible working models that allow you to balance your professional and personal life seamlessly.

Your purpose:

• Attend to customer request and reply in a timely manner

• Book and monitor container unpacking schedules and ensure no additional storage / waiting time surcharges

• Attend customer meetings as required

• Invoicing as per customer requirements

• Processing supplier invoices

• Implement changes to and introduce new customer processes as required

• Ensure regular cycle counts are undertaken, and stock-takes occur as per customer requests

• Ensure warehouse systems are updated correctly and in a timely manner

• Ensure all customer KPI’s are met

You'll bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or international transport industry

• Working knowledge of warehouse activities

• Understanding of underbond cargo procedures and transport requirements

• Understanding of invoicing processes and billing practices preferred

• Time management and ability to multitask

• CargoWise One (CW1) system experience required

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
